Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching English Language Skills: Deliver comprehensive lessons on English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension to diverse learners.

• Lesson Planning and Material Development: Create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles and needs.

• Student Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Curriculum Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to refine and enhance curriculum design and implementation.

• Individualized Student Support: Offer additional help and tailored support to students who require extra assistance to achieve their learning goals.

Requirements:

• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in any field, showcasing a strong intellectual foundation and commitment to education.

• Instructional Aptitude: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring, demonstrating the ability to impart knowledge and skills effectively.

• English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.

• Engaging Lesson Plans: Ability to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans using a variety of teaching methods and resources.

• TEFL/TESOL Certification: Preferred

• Experience working with children or young learners.
